Dolphin Pose

Dolphin is a great way to open and strengthen all of the muscles of the upper back, shoulder girdle, and chest needed for forearm stand, head stand and hand stand. Often it is taught in preparation for these inversions.

    Hi Ann I miss you. I have been so busy with my flying and my crazy commute, I am going to try to come this Wenesday, to Kirtan. I still want to give you a class. Currentry, I have been studying Anusara, with Jan Sarala Troy and last month I went to a 2 day work shop with John Friend, AMAZING!!!! I will be in Warren from tue eve until thursday afternoon. I miss practicing with you. I hope all is well for you in your life and family.
