Yoga Classes
My classes combine a blend of breathing or pranayama exercises, challenging flow or vinyasa sequences, a focus on proper alignment, and deep relaxation. I want to provide students with a safe, non-competitive environment in which to practice.

Yoga is for everybody and everyone is welcome in any of my classes regardless of previous experience. There is an emphasis on working at your own edge and practicing yoga in your own body. Yoga is the journey inward where we can learn much about ourselves and the world at large. Not only does yoga build physical strength, it teaches us how to be present in everything we do, every day of our lives.I look forward to practicing yoga with you.
